Lumen Christi goes to the National Catholic Youth Conference
Youth Ministry has had an exciting fall semester full of retreats, youth group, service, and many other activities! 

One special event we want to highlight is the high school trip to the National Catholic Youth Conference, which was November 16-19. Seven youth from Lumen Christi joined 90 other youth from around the Archdiocese to travel to Indianapolis for a vibrant and powerful conference with 12,000 youth attending in total. 

The conference had engaging keynotes and breakout sessions, Adoration, Mass, Reconciliation, tons of fun activities, over 100 Catholic vendors, great music, a magic show, and the opportunity to form friendships with young people from all over the country (with unique hats representing their states)! This was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved, and we can't wait to go back next time in 2025!
