Dear High School Grads,
Congratulations on your graduation! You've made it! Not only 4 years of high school - but you finished in an unprecedented way. The last few years have been a challenge that no one would have ever predicted for you - and no matter the roller coaster it has been, you've made it!  

"So... Where are you going?"

It's probably one of the most asked question you've been listening to for some time now.  I have the same question for you - but I also want to know where your faith life is headed. Do you need a little help in that regard?

I would love to help you get plugged into a Catholic Campus Ministry this fall when you start college! I just want to share one more thought:  
Who are we when we cannot be with our team, in school, with our friends, at work, volunteering, or______? I can tell you one thing - you are first and foremost sons and daughters of The King. Your identity is rooted in Christ - it is He alone who can give you true self worth. And that is something that NO ONE can take away from you - no matter how far you are away from home and Lumen Christi!

Below are some sources of encouragement to KNOW that you are a daughter and son of The King (and I think you know the answers):

• PRAY! simple prayers 'Jesus I trust in You' , 'Jesus help my unbelief', 'Jesus show me how you are present in my life today', ... journal, pray the Rosary, read scripture, go to Adoration!!!
• Participate in Mass. As Catholics we are asked by God within the 10 Commandments to go to Mass every Sunday. Go to Mass!
• Know that God is GOOD. I hope that you know this, believe this, and seek this in your heart! And if you struggle with knowing God's GOODNESS and LOVE - that is okay too - just don't struggle alone. Being able to talk about our Faith together lifts us up and opens our hearts and eyes to Him even more.
