All Saints Celebration Recap

The All Saints Celebration last weekend was a huge success! It was nice to see all ages enjoying games, crafts and snacks - all with a Saint theme. Teens walked around dressed as saints and telling the young children about their lives. Families were encouraged to look at Saint literature and pick a Saint for their home.

We could not have done this without the help of our volunteers. The volunteers were great with the families and always had a positive attitude. We extend a special thank you to the teens who helped out this weekend. I always tell the young children how lucky they are to have older kids around to help. It is heart warming to see the younger children wave and say hi to the teens when they see them in church. We teach our young children that they are part of a church family, and knowing teens and other families helps the children understand this concept.
